Universities: King’s College University

In partnership with Kings College University, we deliver workshops to their students and get involved in their career development programmes. We are delighted to have their graduates as part of our talent pool.

FouGen connect with a wide range of APPG’s to lobby on subjects which directly effect businesses like yours. By connecting with FouGen we invite you to attend a wide range of events, debates and movements which create action plans to ensure you secure the correct talent for the future. ShoutoutUK

As part of a generation engaging around good causes, FouGen understands that it is not enough to simply have good intention but to actively campaign and create conversations about equality issues affecting young people.

Shoutout UK recently invited FouGen to speak at their Women In Politics Event held at the Houses of Parliament. Representing the voice of the next generation and raising the issue of ethnic women in politics.

Recruitment

Recruitment Agency & Employers

Tiger Recruitment

FouGen are proud to partner Tiger Recruitment. They advertise with us via our Referral Recruitment Scheme with 10% of any referral or advertising fees paid directly to the Prince’s Trust.

Arvato

Following a FouGen presentation at the People Development Summit in Budapest 2018, FouGen was invited by Carl Rayner ( Head of Talent Development and Resourcing UK) to present our unique recruitment concept to the organisation.

Following a meeting with Nicky Yates ( Early Careers and Talent Manager), FouGen took time to understand the fast pace of the call centre hub based in Slough. The management team were keen to diversify the culture and attract talent from new backgrounds. On behalf of Arvato,  FouGen connected with relevant partners to refer new talent to the company.

Safestore

Following a consultation at FouGen HQ, Learning and Development Manager, Zii Nithiyananthan highlighted the companies ambition to introduce Corporate Social Responsibility within their business recruitment processes. Safestore were keen to offer job roles with the opportunity for progression to candidates who were currently not in their reach. Using our online platform and network of partners we referred ambitious but unemployed young people to their development programmes.

Barnados

Job Adverts - Job Descriptions created in-house are often unintentionally biased to a small group of people which limits the ability of your business to connect with a more diverse sector of people. FouGen understands that the wording of a Job Description directly affects the audience you attract. FouGen work hard to recreate the traditional job descriptions to ensure your business stays open-minded and diverse

Positive PR

Business & Social Entrepreneurs

PR (Business & Social Entrepreneurs)

FouGen don’t believe that Positive PR should simply be some well placed

words and a great picture. We create bespoke actionable plans which really

have an impact on the business, the employees and the wider community

surrounding the organisation.

River Island

FouGen and River Island held a consultation designed to attract new and

more diverse talent to the RI HQ base in Hangar Lane, London.

As part of our action plan, FouGen introduced River Island to the Prince’s

Trust and facilitated recruitment.

We also arranged to create a series of events which would attract young

people to the River Island HQ. The intention was that potential employees

would experience the modern vibe of the office and aspire to work there.

There was a particular focus on attracting females into Tech roles and this

was supported by our innovative job advert.

Cowdray Park

In collaboration with Charlotte Verdon ( Public Relations Manager, Cowdray

Park) FouGen enabled a group of inner city London children to visit Cowdray

Park Polo club, including a tour of the stables and the opportunity to watch a

live match.

Cowdray Park Polo Club could be perceived as an elitist establishment. The objective of the exercise was to highlight to young people the roles existing within the company in which they would be eligible.

BBC Hampton Alexander Report

Via our connections with major media channels and government officials,

FouGen is frequently invited to attend high profile events, debates and

interviews which address major issues effecting businesses and their

employees.

In 2018, FouGen Founder

Sandy Idigbe attended Television Centre for a BBC debate on Women On

The Board. The report followed the release of the Hampton Alexander

Report.

Following this meeting, FouGen created an action plan of objectives which

could address the challenges facing companies and their ability to have more

women on the board. Companies rising to the challenge were able to action

these points and increase the impact of their social value.

MAKE AN IMPACT.

The messages a business sends to their audience has never been more important.  These days both employees and consumers expect more from the brands they use and FouGen is here to ensure your company has a social value which connects you to the people that matter.
