MISSION & HISTORY.
FouGen was founded by Sandy Idigbe in 2011, originally being funded by the former Mayor of London, Boris Johnson. The objective was to promote responsible recruitment, whilst recycling profits into future talent pools.
Fougen.org acts as a go-to hub for young professionals to find job and development opportunities across the UK. For more information please click here: www.fougen.org
FouGen is set up as a social enterprise, committed to societal good and continually seeking to make a positive impact in the world.
In the last nine-year, we have built a substantial network of connections within both the public and private sector. This also includes MP’s, employers and recruitment agencies.
This network has enabled us to influence change in a range of social issues affecting employment.
FouGen invites business to become part of the movement for change, alongside a wealth of opportunities to incorporate socially responsible practice within recruitment processes and access to high quality candidates.
