FouGen is a social enterprise set up in 2011 with a 360 holistic approach in supporting young people and young adults in establishing their careers in the world of STEM.
From career advice to CV support, mentoring, and connecting them to suitable jobs through our employer and training provider partnerships. For over a decade, we have organically grown a competent talent pool of ready-to-work candidates across the UK.
About Us
FouGen has been a change-maker and campaigner over the years, a strong advocate for social mobility, and a leader in creating partnerships to assist in CSR (corporate social responsibility) and inclusion. As a social enterprise, we have a series of events, job fairs, master classes that we have facilitated, hosted and led with the likes of Hamersmith council, Channel 4, The Prince's Trust, and so many more partnerships.
FouGen is a socially conscious recruitment agency, providing work placement for young people in hospitality & and healthcare.
FouGen was founded by Sandy idigbe in 2011 to support young people in the workforce. In addition to our recruitment firm fougen as a Foundation has been campaigning for over a decade for social mobility, giving all young people an even playing field to succeed in their careers.
